RGF International Recruitment’s Singapore business has come a long way since its humble beginnings back in 2010. Since then the business has passed all major milestones at a dynamic pace, as we continue to build the bridge as we walk on it. Innovation and incubating fresh ideas with the intent of disrupting the market continues to remain at the heart of our business, and has been the key driving force for our consistent growth despite severe economic headwinds. In 2017 we continued to transform the business in order to truly unlock RGF’s full potential, and I am happy to say that all the initiatives that we put in place helped us to once again overachieve both our mid and long-term targets.
In 2017 Singapore just avoided a technical recession, but could not evade an overall market slow down. Against all the odds and during this challenging period, RGF was able to still grow its overall business by overachieving both annual revenue and profit targets.
Looking ahead – ONE RGF in 2018
Results from our 2017 Regional Market Outlook Survey found that whilst organizations have a positive outlook regarding business growth, there are areas for improvement in HR procedures across Asia. Common challenges faced by HR professionals revolve around recruitment, learning & development, engagement, performance management and reviews.
As RGF looks into the next exciting phase of its evolution, 2018 will signify the rebranding of all subsidiaries in SEA and Japan under the one RGF International Recruitment business logo, making it even more possible to come together as ONE in striving for our vision to become Asia’s largest HR and Recruiting Services business.
