Most of the accounts which she had established are now our key clients in RGF Singapore & Japan Desk division. Shiho currently focuses on consulting role with a specialization in the industrial, professional, focusing on junior to mid-level management roles, and all level of Japanese speaking roles. Shiho is also focusing on head- hunting project and providing market mapping service to Japanese firms. Market mapping is a method of market analysis that allows the customer to plot their position in the market next to that of your competitors.
