Job Description

Reporting to Head of HR, you will lead all Talent related programs and initiatives including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Leadership Development and Talent Management. You will drive leadership, commercial and behavioral development agenda for the organization by partnering closely with business team to develop relevant competencies and operational learning programs. You are the custodian of Employee Engagement initiative from planning of survey, to communication, execution and follow up actions. You will drive Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and implementation across the region. As people manager you will lead and coach a lean team in delivering all operational aspects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

The successful candidate is degree qualified with minimum 10 years of professional HR Development including formal training accreditation and certification. You must also have 5 years’ experience in people management capacity within multinational companies and be adaptable to varying company cultures. Preference will be given to those with expertise in designing, developing, implementing and evaluating Leadership development initiatives, Employee Engagement strategic deployments and organizational transformation. You possess strong leadership and communication skills, and capability in managing different levels of individuals with coaching, influencing and conflict management skills. You are resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
