Site HR Supervisor

Our client is a US MNC in the chemical industry and they are now hiring a HR Supervisor to join the HR team at the Jurong Island plant.

This role reports to the Head of HR and would suit a strong HR professional who can deliver all aspects of HR as a generalist. There is one headcount reporting to this role supporting in payroll and benefits administration. You will ensure the smooth running of HR Operations for the small plant and be responsible for the full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, talent management, general C&B, identifying HR initiatives, training and engaging with line managers in all HR matters.

As the successful applicant you would have undertaken a similar role previously and be familiar with a manufacturing/plant environment preferably from the chemical industry. You will have a degree in HRM or relevant discipline, ideally with 7+ years of HR generalist experience. You should be stable in your past employment track record, possess a positive and willing to learn attitude, highly energetic and an engaged HR professional.
