Job Description
Being part of the legal team, you will be responsible in negotiating and drafting legal documents relevant to conventional financing, cross order transactions (corporate and trade finance), employments and tenancy agreements in the middle east region. You will act as an advisor to advice various departments (private banking, treasury, trade finance and corporate) on legal matters. You will be involved to develop training programs to internal stakeholders and assist in any litigation and debt collection matters.
Requirements
Ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of PQE gained in the banking department of a leading law firm or commercial sector. You should have strong communication skills to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. You should have strong knowledge in common law regulations and jurisdiction.
