Job Description

We are currently looking for a customer service executive to serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.

- Handle customers enquiries in courteous and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Ensure payment condition and follow up.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Manage customer database.
- Other ad hoc work.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

- Have at least 1-2 years in a customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
