Job Description

The Associate Director will lead a team of product owners/managers to create, manage and launch world class technology products for the company. The ideal candidate is to ensure that the company’s products have high level of distinctive features that increases competitive advantage; meet market & customer needs; are profitable and of high quality.The Associate Director will work closely with Customers, Domain Experts, IP Management, Product Engineering and relevant stakeholders to define the product vision & value proposition, successful development, launch and support of the Products, as well as successful execution of GTM strategy. Degree in Engineering, Information technology or Computer Science with a solid understanding in Product development lifecycle is required. The candidate needs to have technical experience such as architecting, systems engineering, software development, database administration along with a background in strategic planning and collaboration with subject matter expert, business development, presales and sales / marketing teams. Should have strong understanding of scrum framework and how scrum development team work using agile methodology along with the ability to create high quality product specs, wireframes and prototypes.

Responsibilities:

•Lead a team of Product Managers to deliver profitable products with distinctive and market differentiating features. This includes market research, competitive analysis, user
research, prototyping and usability testing.
•Collaborate closely with management and domain subject matter expert to design appropriate products, while addressing customer pain points, market needs, product
requirements, product roadmap and executing go-to-market plans.
•Responsible for managing the business profit & loss of products, developing product business case, pricing structure, product sales and presales enablement, product
marketing and quarterly product launches.
•Regular Product Business Review with the company management including CEO, CFO and SLT.
•Collaborate closely with Product Engineering to launch products on a quarterly schedule.
•Collaborate with Strategic Marketing team for market communications, product launches and account planning activities.
