Job Description
We are currently looking for a sales representative to:
- Effectively deliver required goals and targets.
- Actively pursue and secure sales through, road shows, sales preview & follow ups activities. Upholding of great customer service to achieve high customers’ retention and recurrence of sales.
- Present company’s products consistently and accurately.
- Be an active and punctual participant in all presentations, training and meetings.
- Support all company’s marketing strategies, sales roadshow, sales preview and company’s events anytime when needed.
- Treat all company’s guests whether they purchase or not with the utmost respect and courtesy ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and YTD.
- Ensure that at all times you represent the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner, ensuring that the company and its associated partners are not compromised.
- Adhere to quality assurance and follow up procedures as determined by your direct report.
- Respect and participate with your colleagues to maintain a ‘one team’ ethos.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
- Preferred Minimum 2 years of direct selling experience. Candidate without sales experience but possess good personal traits will be consider as well
- Tertiary or University education desirable, though not an essential requirement
- Primarily English speaking and possess Mandarin or other languages skills will be appreciated to communicate in/out of office
- Willingness to work on weekends, weekdays evening and PH if necessary
- Great Personality. Positive, enthusiastic and flamboyant attitude
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Achiever mindset and goals orientated
- Works independently, as well as being an active team player
- Able to Multi-tasks
- Problem solving and negotiating ability
- Well-groomed and able to presents oneself as a professional role model
