Job Description
We are currently looking for a sales manager to:
- Ensure and constantly maintain up to date promotion, benefits and offer by Company as well as partners.
- Clear understanding of company’s Membership Fees, Products and Features and able to use those value in communicating to guests and members.
- Process a great interest of the latest development within the lifestyle industry.
- Able to constantly clear obstacles to support the sales team and be a team player.
- Managing the day to day activities of the membership sales teams. Ensure that they turn up for sales roadshow, preview & events.
- Ensure that sales teams meet all goals and targets specified on a daily and monthly basis.
- Manage and ensure an effective and high level of sales follow through.
- Able to support and maintain all related sales daily and monthly reports as require by DOS.
- Other duties given by DOS and Management.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience of sales experience with minimum 2 years experience of supervisory sales team
- Primarily English speaking and possess Mandarin or another languages skills to communicate in/out of office
- Proven experience in executing and drive sales performance as well as lead generation program through sales road shows and events
- Seen as a business manager who is a self-starter with strong organisational skills, high level of drive and desire to consistently achieving and surpassing work targets
- Willingness to work on weekends, weekdays evening and PH if necessary
