*Develop and manage all elements of eSports tour league operations* including rules, dispute resolution, scheduling, logistics, eligibility forms, team contracts, player documentation, and compliance. Implement brackets and explore other competitive structures. Always on the *lookout for ways to improve* Player Management, Broadcast, Features and Publishing. *Help pro eSports teams and their managers understand our approach* with partners in market. Liaise between central and local leagues to ensure fair and balanced experience for players and the business. Address pressing concerns of pro teams promptly. Contribute to *conception and execution of campaigns to iteratively grow viewership* utilizing cross-channel marketing platforms. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create the best esports experience for players and fans.

● Thrive in a collaborative environment
● Proactive and a self-starter - you set priorities and don’t wait for problems
● A tournament master - you live for brackets and tournament design and naturally see where competitors rank
● All about the players - as a player yourself, you’re always working to give other players the best experience possible
● Strategic, with an analytical background
● Excellent knowledge/familiarity with Taiwan gaming scene - if you’ve lived, worked, or actively followed eSports in Taiwan, a huge plus.
● Fluency in Mandarin to speak to Chinese-speaking participants/partners/stakeholders in Singapore, Taiwan, and possibly China

Bonus Points (not required)-
• Fluency in Bahasa, Malay, Tagalog, Thai, or Vietnamese to liaise with partners/stakeholders in their native languages in Indonesia, Malaysia,
Philippines, Thailand, or Vietnam respectively
