Our Client is a global multi-national company within the technology group.

• Leadership experience with manufacturing background
• Strong manufacturing presence in Singapore (5 Factories based in SG)
• Security and Facility management in order to ensure that facility is functioning per requirement to support the manufacturing operations including security management of the site
• Execute Facility and production equipment maintenance program according to specified interval efficiency.
• Ensure that facility utilities for new setup for all equipment/construction projects are in accordance to project timeline.
• Represent top management in all EHS related topics and ensure the local site is in full compliance to Environment, Health and Safety ACT & regulations
• Perform site EHS inspections/audits and ensure that all corrective and preventive actions are closely in timely manner.
• Oversee Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting fault and repair of electrical systems
• Lead risk assessment in all major processes and incident investigation activities. Ensure corrective/preventive measures are updated in RA and procedures.
• Degree holder in an engineering equivalent with minimum 10 years of working experience in a manufacturing industry
• Experience in chiller support ( AHU, HRU-humidity relative unit) , MVF (Mechanical ventilation fan), EAF ( Exhaust air fan ), cooling tower, chiller & waste water system.
• Knowledge in facility management & ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001 management systems
• Strong root cause analysis skills and CAPA
