Job Description
We are currently looking for a GM to:
• Performs as bridge and various negotiations among customer’s management.
• Negotiate with various external vendor/supplier to drive more favorable conditions.
• Strengthen organizational ability and enhance level of staff.
• Improve productivity and quality of product to meet customer's requested level.
• Optimize internal and external development resources and maximize outcome.
• Accelerate technology transformation of Linux and Java based system.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 15 years in financial IT system development environment.
• Experience managing and supervising more than 100 staffs.
• Good interpersonal skills, strong leadership and show to act on their own.
• Understand the current situation and perform organization reforming smoothly.
• Knowledge and experience in software development life cycle, change management and vendor management.
• Familiar with Microsoft & Java Linux environment.
• Effective communication with good negotiation skills.
• Strong problem, conflict management skills.
