We are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager
1. Oversee and manage overall customer service function in branch office.
2. Operate Bus tour Sales & Booking.
3. Provide City Information.
4. Take Care of Package tour Customers.
5. Take Care of Insurance Holder & Credit Cards Holder.
6. Booking Service for Hotel Accommodation & Restaurant Reservation.
7. Selling Optional Tours, Souvenirs, Meal Coupon, etc.
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
1. Candidate who can speak fluent Japanese at business level for the purpose of daily communication with Japan counterparts and Japanese customers.
2. English proficiency to communicate internal and external customer.
3. 3-5 years of prior experience in Customer Service is mandatory.
4. 1-2 years of managerial experience preferred.
5. Possess Knowledge in MS Office.
6. Must be willing to work shift.
7. Able to Work independently & possess Initiative.
Salary: SGD5000~5500+ボーナス(個人・会社業績により支給)
