Our client is a well-known name in the consumer market and they are currently looking for an experienced finance professional to be an FP&A Manager to analyse financial performance and key performance indicators.

This is a hands-on role that requires the successful incumbent to analyze trends in key performance indicators such as revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capex. You will monitor trends and analyse causes of variances, implementing business intelligence tools and dashboard reports. You are responsible for developing business plan, budgeting and forecasting as well as building financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. Other responsibilities include overseeing group matters such as consolidation, audit, tax and intercompany transactions and reconciliation. In the process of performing the above, you will manage 1 staff.
• Possess a Bachelor of Accountancy or Business or Finance
• 10 year of work experience with initial 2 to 3 years in external audit
• Minimum 4 years of relevant FP&A & group consolidation experience
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• A self-starter who is able to multi-task and prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
