Our client is a subsidiary of one of the largest e-commerce/internet firm, the Company provides Internet banking products and services and offers electronic financial settlement services.
They are looking to expand their internet banking business in Taiwan.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager (Internet Banking for Taiwan) to:
• Establishing an online specialized bank.
• Detailed design of products / service contents.
• Business flow design for providing products / services to customers.
• Requirement definition for system development.
• Creation of operation manual based on business flow.
• User test after system development (UAT).
• Responsible for the overseas business strategy, planning and development of services.
• Such as
- Market research, strategy planning, negotiation for overseas expansion.
- Planning overseas business models and service
- Promotion and management of project
- Negotiation with alliance.
- Preparation of business plan etc.
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in banks in Taiwan.
- Understanding of Taiwanese market.
- Language proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Experience in planning department in one of the following.
• Open account
• Deposit
• Payment • transfer etc.
• Unsecured loan
• Mortgage
- Project Management experience or Planning experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
