Finance Director

Our client is a one of the renowned Japanese Global Logistics company having its business in the entire ASEAN region.

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager, Shared Services to:
• Manage Finance Team of 20.
• Liaise with external consultants to improve the process of finance team
• Manage and liaise with business units on Shared Service Accounting Process set up.
• Project Management within Shared Service.
• Identify, develop and drive process improvement in Shared Service Accounting Process.
• Recommend accounting policies, processes and controls to improve internal governance across all entities.
• Plan and Organize departmental meetings and training to ensure the Project are kept up to date.
• Work and communicate closely with management to complete the project within time frame, within budget while delivering improvement and complete the project on schedule.
• Represent management’s interests when working with both finance and respective departments business units.
• Drive functional excellence through standardization of processes.
• Development of talents in Shared Service team to ensure continuous growth and increase their skills to achieve operational targets.
• Provide financial leadership and support within the shared service model on various large scale transformation accounting and finance projects.

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

• Possess Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CPA, Supply Chain or any related field with at least 7 years of working experience in Accounting & Finance field.
• Possess implementation of shared Service experience in Accounting & Finance.
• Experience in SAP is mandatory and AS400 is added advantage.
• Experienced managing a team and finance professionals.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and fast pace working environment.
• Available immediately or able to start work within short notice is much preferred as their project is ongoing
