Job Description
We are currently looking for a Solution Sales Consultant (Building Automation) to:
• Manage & Maintain customer’s relations.
• Identify sales potential, upcoming projects and market competitions.
• Perform project costing analysis and update project information.
• Handle and liaise with customers closely to address any technical or commercial clarifications during proposal stage.
• Liaise with engineering, purchasing, service and workshop to resolve any problem related to orders.
• Monitoring of orders, ensuring all necessary requirements pertaining to order is met.
• Submitting weekly sales call report and monthly project report to immediate supervisor.
• Prepare sales proposals/quotation.
• Attend to sales inquiries, achieving sales targets and provide application support.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably with 2-5 years of experience in project sales/data center/clean-room/data security etc.
• Experience working with automation/software solution providers is much suited.
• Able to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment.
• Energetic, sales-driven and good interpersonal skills.
• Possess a class 3 driving license with own vehicle.
• Knowledge of ACMV/BMS/HVAC.
