Job Description

We are currently looking for a P2P Assistant to:

• Ensure overall P2P processing complies with SOX, company policies and audit requirement.
• Ensure invoices & payment processing including employee expense reimbursement are accurately and timely processed in the relevant accounting period.
• Handles P2P enquires, as well as, liaise with Local Country Finance, Operational and relevant teams to resolve P2P processing and payment issues.
• Migrate/transition existing P2P functions from countries in charged to Singapore SSC.
• Proactively engage in continuous improvement initiatives for the P2P function.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

• Diploma / Degree with at least 2-3 years of experience in P2P process.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP & Concur preferred.
• Proficient in the use of Windows environment, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Effective communication skills in English are essential & command of Korean or Thai will be preferred.
