Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Operation Executive to:
• Chemical Tanker Operation
• Post-Fixture
• Ensure full compliance with agreed Charter Party terms and conditions
• Appointment of Agents (world-wide)
• Give instructions to ships and agents
• Instruction to issue B/Ls and collection of B/Ls
• Request Letter of Indemnities (LOIs) and check the contents of LOIs
• Issue of Delivery Orders
• Issue of Freight Invoices
• Collection of Freight
• Assessment of Vessels’ Port Disbursements
• Solving operational problems
• A series of work relating to Friday System (vessel’s revenue and operating costs Management system)
• Ensure collection of all receivables within targeted time frame to improve cash flow
• Other responsibilities as directed by management
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• At least 3 years of experience in Chemical Tanker operation.
• Minimum Diploma holder in education.
• Experienced in handling BL, LC in shipping industry or similar industry.
• Experience in Chemical trading is a plus.
• Interpersonal skills with multi-tasking ability is best suited.
