Job Description
We are currently looking for a Assistant Sales Manager (Japanese Automation Company) to:
• Responsible for entire sales cycle to clients.
• Establish and maintain good relations with clients.
• Pro-active market monitoring and analysis to define new business opportunities and strengths.
• Recommend suggestions to improve current work process and increase sales.
• Lead sales team in meeting Company’s sales target.
• Establish, coach and monitor performance standards for the sales team.
• Plan and execute new products promotion and market development.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business related discipline and Mechanical, Mechanics, or Electrical Engineering qualification.
• Min. 5 years sales experience with managing experience in automation industry.
• Aggressive and result-oriented.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Possess own transport vehicle.
• Strong local network is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Electrical Actuators & Direct Drive motor will be given priority in consideration.
