Our client provides medical information services in Asia and Oceania region.
They are looking for a business planning position to expand their regional business.

Job Description

① Budget management (FP & A)
• Facilitation of company-wide strategy discussion by management team and organization and discussion of results of discussion.
• Directing the medium-term management plan based on the company-wide strategy.
• Drafting the process of formulating the upcoming budget (planning budgeting policy, dropping it into budgeting operation, facilitation of budget discussion with each business manager).
• Directing the renewal process for the entire landing period throughout the term.
• KPI design of each business, dashboard management, and requirements definition for business processes required for that.
• Decision support through financial analysis of company-wide, business-specific, country-specific (from the perspective of KPI, P & L, BS, Cash flow, etc.).
• Preparation of various report materials, presentations to shareholders, management team and business managers.

② Corporate Governance
• Organizational design and alteration suitable for corporate strategy execution and formulation and development of job function authority policy accordingly.
• Design, planning, facilitation, and follow-up of conference bodies making decisions on company-wide important matters.

③ M & A
• ___ Generalize and supervise M & A's entire process (sourcing, execution, PMI).
• ➢ Collaborate with business divisions to explore acquisitions and partners and find new business opportunities.
• ___ General oversight of various due diligence at the time of acquisition, arrangement of major acquisition conditions, financial modeling / valuation, contract review / negotiation.
• ➢ Integration plan formulation after acquisition, support of integration process.

Requirements

Both are required
- People with a strong Will who want to work in business planning with business minds focusing on FP & A.
- More than 2 years of related experience is a must.
- Person who experienced business planning experience of 2 years or consultation at operating company, 2 years or more involved in client management support at investment bank.

• Those who have spunk a lot of small-scale projects at large through M & A rather than large projects.
