Our Client:

My client, a well-established Retailer is hiring. We are looking for a Seasoned Supply Chain & Logistics leader to fulfill the above role. Reporting to a Commercial leader based in Singapore, the successful will need to be comfortable working in matrix reporting environment.

The Role:

The successful incumbent will be tasked to lead his/her team to ensure successful fulfilling of high volume Supply Chain, Logistics, transportation and warehousing operations on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Close collaboration with cross functional team ie Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service as well as external Suppliers and Buyers and internal Supply Chain team to ensure customers’ orders are fulfilled, delivered on-time and meeting corporate objectives and deadlines.
• Responsible to lead end to end Supply Chain Planning and Logistics function not limited to Inventory control and management, Order fulfilment, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Warehousing and Customer delivery.
• Strong partnership and collaboration with 3rd Party Logistics Provider and Freight forwarding partners to ensure consistent performance, competitive pricing and on-time delivery
• Strong ability to identify gaps and lead initiatives in driving continuous business processes improvement

• Extensive experience of minimum 10-12 of relevant Retail Supply Chain and Logistics experience in a Multi-brands store, high volume and dynamic Retailing and FMCG platform.
• Strong leadership skills and Proven people management experience leading large teams successfully
• Good communication skills to articulate his/her thoughts to senior leaders in the business
• Good mentorship ability to motivate, train and lead his/her team
• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business.
• Proficient in MS Office application ie Word, Excel and Powerpoint and skilled in SAP application
