Job Description

We are currently looking for a Office Manager to:
You will be expected to lead the company’s back-office matters, including HR, accounting, audit, tax and corporate secretarial matters as one of the founding member of this new company.
With strong understanding in the local regulations and business practices, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the company by supporting CEO.
You are required to liaise with the head office in Tokyo for necessary reporting and group related matters.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• Good understanding of the local practices and regulation in accounting, corporate secretary, audit, tax and HR matters.
• Being independent and self-starter in supporting start-up operations.
• Enjoy multi-tasking roles.
• Leadership skills to lead the team.
• At least 10+ years’ work experience in similar positions in Singapore.
• Proficiency in Japanese language is a plus.
