Job Description

The main focus of this role is to strategize and execute a market penetration strategy to drive sales growth in South East Asia. Drive active forecast and sales pipeline processes, including cementing strong relationships with all key distributors. Own the sales budget for revenue and profit. Define and manage sales KPIs to ensure sustainable success. Monitor and report key competitor activities in the region. Implement commercial policies in line with market positioning in each country and product group. Identify improvement areas and take initiative with creating project plans. Work closely with internal teams (customer service and marketing teams) to ensure all operations in line with sales strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ of relevant functional experience (sales) in Automotive Aftermarket, with a minimum of 3 years managing regional sales team
• Strong distributor network relationships with demonstrated record setting market trends
• Product familiarity with Engines & Electronics maintenance, preferably for passenger cars and Light Commercial Vehicles highly advantageous
• Passionate about the automotive industry and updated with latest market trends
• Effective negotiation and flair for new market development
• Strong character with proven integrity, initiative, modern, self-starter
• Regional travelling is expected. (<40%)
