Our client is a global logistics service provider.

Job description

You are expected to manage, steer and develop the business operations in the given cluster countries (ASEAN), in line with the regional operations strategy and the national business plan, ensure optimization of operational performance and profitability, and fulfilment of customer business needs. Supervise & lead a team of project executives in order to execute services as per customers’ request (services include air, sea, break bulk, warehousing, projects, trucking). Liaison between clients, overseas office/agents and inter department to ensure smooth handling of all import and export shipments. Ensure carrier requirements, customs regulations and Standard Operation Procedures for nominated customers’ contracts are met. Ensure timely billing of applicable charges and relative cost are accrued accordingly. Facilitating and monitoring the use of appropriate subcontractors and ensuring clearly defined performance requirements. Driving internal/external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates, and budget.


• Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in a relevant project management function
• Customer mindset and ability to understand customer challenges and to address those challenges through operation service offerings Passionate for excellence and Can Do attitude
• Prior regional experience serving EPC/O&G segment essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of operating in an environment with diverse cultures and across all levels
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and proactive with passion to provide target deliverables under tight schedule and pressure
