Our Client:

Our Client is an international food manufacturing company. Reporting to the Process Manager.

Job Description

• Assessment of food processes or equipment, communicate with all relevant stakeholders on the result of the process/production project.
• Identify area of improvement in line with the 5KPIs – Productivity, Quality, Safety, Hygiene and Peoples, define the savings/benefits and evaluation.
• Define and develop Standard Work Procedure within the corporate guideline.
• Best Practices Sharing within the region and globally.
• Perform trial on new equipment or process at vendor lab, evaluate the solutions on technical problems related to the production process and share the results with stakeholders.
• Process trouble shooting and propose solution jointly with internal and external stakeholder.
• Evaluate all technical problems related to the production process and propose solution
• Transfer new process or procedure to the production.
• Participate in production 5 KPIs problem solving and provide guidance to production team on analysis and solution.
• Develop and coordinate the corrective actions plan to support production projects.
• Create training material and conduct process training to stakeholders following internal Training Frame Work protocol.
• Participate to NPI meetings to understand the customer needs and requests.
• Assist on line industrial trial.
• Assist on products transfer from site to site.
• Collaborate with team to define product process and process parameters achieving high new product launching or transfer success rate.
• Develop and evaluate new packaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Engineering or Food Science).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience within food manufacturing environment.
• Basic management knowledge.
• Strong analysis and trouble shooting skills using 5 Why’s, parato, fishbone diagram or RCA Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with international and external clients.
• Strong coordination and organizing ability and overall point of view, with the ability to prioritize and proactively complete projects.
