Our client is a well-established Shipping MNC. Currently, they are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic HR professional who is well versed in Global Mobility to join their progressive team.

Job Description

In this role, you will be handling HR responsibilities that range from talent search and acquisition, manpower budgeting, inbound/outbound movements, employee engagement, performance management, policy and process reviews, compensation & benefits administration for the overseas offices.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following prerequisites:

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related HR Professional Certificates.
• At least 3 years of international mobility experience with sound knowledge on country laws & regulations.
• Prior experience supporting mobility programs in Asia, Middle East etc.
• Resourceful and adaptable.
• Creative in problem solving in supporting business decisions & strategy.
