Job description

They are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator for their Singapore office.
• Assist in all sales coordination and logistics (import and export) documentations for their products.
• Handle full spectrum of documentation, invoicing, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, scheduling delivery date with clients, receiving calls and coordination.
• Processing of customer/supplier orders, monitoring, tracking of orders & outstanding shipments.
• Admin support and updating records on system and sales orders.


Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• Min Diploma with min 3 years’ experience in sales administration in related industry.
• Has initiative and be observant, good attitude and willing to learn.
• Knowledge in shipping documentation is much advantage.
