Job Description
We are currently looking for a Middleware Specialist Lead to:
- To manage middleware related projects as Project Manager with in-house and vendor implementation resource.
- To design/solution regarding middleware, and development direction.
- Manage the team (of 2 direct & 2 indirect) in term of task managements.
- Establish governance including risk, audit, SDLC controls.
- In charge of the creation, review and improvement of IT policies, guidelines, process and procedures to rapidly change environment.
- Actively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders on process, rule and work procedure changes to achieve win-win situations.
- Lead projects in software development life cycle (SDLC) activities.
- Support cover whole APAC region but most of work is in Singapore.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience infrastructure Project Management (preferable with PM certificate).
- 5 year or more experience working in design/solution/architecture for middleware (IIB, MQ, preferable with certificate).
- 3 years plus with team lead management experience.
- Strong knowledge with practical experiences in applying project management methodologies (E.g. Agile, Waterfall) and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Preferable to have experiences in project management as a PM/PMO, with knowledge in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and vendor management.
