Job description

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the candidate will be responsible for developing, documenting and standardizing the QMS to enhance quality compliance, improve processes and maximize quality potential to ensure overall efficiency. The candidate will work across all organization levels to maintain a program of continual development within their area of responsibility. Support to achieve quality targets for customers and company's quality goals and KPIs.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure robust implementation of API Q1, Q2 and lean QMS; Ensure it is understood and implemented at all levels.
-Perform a full range of QMS activities individually as directed by the Quality Manager.
-Conduct monthly quality meetings as assist Quality Manager in management review meetings to track quality objectives, process performances and recommended actions for improvements.
-Prepare quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, quality plans and support the department to develop specific procedures as required.
-Conduct employee orientation and in-house trainings to build a culture of quality and improve employees' understanding of QMS requirements.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within Oil and Gas equipment manufacturing environment.
-Extensive knowledge and application of API Q1 and Q2 standards, API product specification, ASME and training in QMS.
-Willing to take on challenges; Demonstrates proactiveness.
-Good interpersonal, communication and technical writing skills.
-Good analytical skills and knowledge in related technical concepts.
-Competent in relevant auditing processes.
