Job description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to:
• As a part of Sales department, you will work with a large, varied group of Our Customers to ensure their inbound sales & marketing success.
• Head the entire Customer service operation and a team of 5-6 people starting from orders to delivery. This position reports to GM of Sales team.
• Provide a world class service experience to the customers through timely and succinct communication via phone and email. Focus mostly on Singapore clients first.
• Understand customer’s goals and align them with the necessary resources to achieve them.
• Independently and successfully manage a high volume of task execution, management and issues or escalation cases.
• Determine and manage Our customer escalations with management.


Our client needs someone with the following skills:

• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience of Customer Service Management experience.
• Prefer from electric consumer or FMCG or electronics manufacturer or Trading company.
• Team and leadership skills with meticulous nature.
• Should be good in Ms office and reporting skills.
