Job Description
They are currently looking for an IT support person to handle:
IT Support
*Provide first level end users support.
*Investigate, troubleshoot and solve IT related problems.
*Maintain hardware and software inventory.
*Assist in evaluation and procurement in new parts.
HR (education) system support
*Maintain HR E learning system.
*Preparation of training materials.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• Fresh IT graduates OR 1-year experience in IT system support in software and hardware’s in any industry.
• Diploma in Computer Science/Information technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Networking or system administration is preferred.
• Meticulous, possess initiative and able to multi-task.
