Our Client:
Our client is an international engineering and innovative service provider with a dominant presence in the industries they serve.
The main focus of this role is to drive and manage system relevant processes in our Assignment Management System Assignment Pro (APro) in accordance with the International Mobility guidelines. Cooperate with the International Mobility Hubs and develop solutions with regard to system related processes. Program applications and solve tickets for the Assignment Management System. Work in International Mobility projects. Constantly improve and develop the functionalities in the system according to the International Mobility requirements. Cooperate with the system's service provider for the development of requested solutions. Maintain data quality, create and update the manual user guide describing the software and its different functionalities. Design reports and create complete dashboards in the Assignment Management System. Process mass uploads and imports of data into the system.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years’ of relevant functional experience within International Mobility environment/teams, ideally 5 years interfacing with Assignment Pro (APro) advantageous.
• High degree of flexibility, process oriented with keen eye for details.
• Strong character with proven integrity, initiative, modern, self-starter.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Degree with a focus on Human Resources, International Business or similar field.
