Company Overview

Our client is a Japanese F&B industry having chain of restaurants.
The General Manager will be the key person to lead and manage a reputable chain of quick service restaurants serving Japanese cuisine in Singapore (around 10+ outlets).

Job Description

We are currently looking for a General manager to:
• The general manager is responsible for delivering a great dining experience by: Reviewing and improving current operations SOP, and subsequently ensuring adherence to SOP by shop staff
• Setting up structured and standardized communication across the operations management team, outlets and internal departments.
• Monitoring labour productivity.
• Being responsible for the performance of shops P&L and the achievement of performance KPI (e.g. sales target, food & beverage cost, labour cost).
• Performance Gap Analysis and Improvement by understanding performance gaps and formulating the necessary action plan to close the gaps.
• Managing all front and back of the house operations.
• Enhancing the performance of the team by training, developing, motivating, assessing and being a role model for all team members to ensure continuous growth.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction levels by training all staff to deliver great customer service and handle necessary customer engagements in a professional manner (e.g. complaints) Ensuring safety, cleanliness and security awareness standards are emphasized, practiced and inspected.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• Minimum five years of experience in F&B industry.
• Having experience in sales and F&B operation is much preferred.
• Minimum O-Level (or equivalent certificate).
• Sales and service-oriented, with good interpersonal and leadership skills.
