IT Manager

Our client is a leading Japanese Financial firm.

We are currently looking for a IT Manager to:

*Support MD in IT systems strategic and operational planning. Develop IT strategic plan in line with Company’s mid-term plan.

-Support design and integration of system, infrastructure and operation functions of IT network.
-Manage vendor services, including but not limited to evaluate and proposal drafting, contract negotiations.
-Implement and update IT Security policies and BCP. Comply with JSOX requirements.
-Ensure all IT support services SLA’s and KPI’s in compliance with Company’s requirements.
-Develop, forecast and maintain annual expenses and capital budget for business systems operations.
-Provide technical and project leadership on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of Company’s information systems.
-Assist with troubleshooting of computer software/hardware, desktop support and mobile iOS support for users.
-Project management, tracking, monitoring and status reporting to stakeholders. Defining deliverables, resources and workplans for project.
-Identify emerging information technologies such as IoT and RPA. Propose plausible plans to introduce and integrate to the Company.
-Identify and monitor risks, prepare reports and escalate where necessary.

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

-Minimum Degree in IT in a recognized education institution.
-At least 8-10 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
-Working knowledge of managing mixed environment of Microsoft Windows Operation systems, client-server and web architectures, IT business applications, network management and knowledge in understanding IT operations and best practices.
-Good analytical and quantitative skills with good presentation.
-Ability to work independently and as a team to deliver consistent and quality outcome within stipulated timeline in a dynamic environment.
* Occasional travelling may be required depending on business needs.
