Job Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant (Jp Speaking) to:

• Assist and support Sales Account Manager.
• Internal coordination with various department (Engineering / Accounts / Procurement etc).
• Manage maintenance contract / renewal.
• Prepare quotation / reports / Manage various documents.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

• Stable working record (at least 2yrs of the same employer).
• Any sales admin support experience.
• Good knowledge and experience in IT related field, especially Inside-Sales role will be the added advantage.
• Business level of Japanese competency to liaise with stakeholders.
