Our client is a develops and delivers cloud-based contact-management services that enables enterprise users to digitize and manage business card information online.
We are currently looking for a Client Success Specialist to:
- Efforts toward customer success and subsequent operational support of existing customers (continuation of contracts and expansion through promoting usage).
- Conduct kickoff meeting with key personnel of customer (Clarification of introduction purpose, establishment of promotion structure and implementation schedule).
- Conduct training sessions (briefing sessions for users).
- Plan and propose operational rules.
- Propose usage of the company database for sales, marketing strategies, etc.
- Conduct periodic meetings for confirmation of operation status and area of improvement.
- Propose improvement of functions/services to Product Development Department based on customer's feedback.
- Support product promotion by delivering product value to customers as new functions are being released.
- Proposal of integration with other services to make the product become a business infrastructure.
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
- Relevant work experience in preferably in software, technology or internet industry.
- Account management experience, client facing experience.
- Consulting experience in the consulting industry will be an added advantage.
- Project management experience or account management/ sales experience (over 3 years).
