Job description

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive(MICE) to:

1. Daily Sales Activity
- Procure new accounts, whether individually or together with a team.
- Service existing and new corporate clients.
- Achieve sales growth and hit sales target set for him/her and as a team.
- Preparation for proposal.
- Tour booking and arrangement.
- To expand MICE business as and when required.
- Facilitate communication with Sales team in order to cultivate MICE & Sales market.

2. Marketing
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new event products and competitor status.

3. Event Management
- Manage projects based on signed proposals and quotations, from its development stage to its delivery stage.
- Ensures that events are delivered on a timely basis within the given budget, meeting or exceeding clients’ expectations.


Our client needs someone with the following skills:

1. Prior working experience in Hospitality and Travel industry preferred.
2. Business level Japanese skills (written and spoken) required for the purpose of liaising and expanding Japanese Corporate Clientele, as well as Japanese suppliers within the MICE & Sales department.
3. Possess knowledge in MS Office.
4. Able to work independently and exercise initiatives .
5. Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimum supervision.
6. Business to Corporate sales experience is required.
7. Ability to display independence and confidence.
8. Excellent presentation skills and pitching skills.
9. Possesses high working efficiency and productivity.
10. Willing to travel and handle groups.
11. Willing to meet customers face to face and achieve sales growth for the company.
