Job Description

- Build a strong after sales service organisation within region APAC with an objective of offering differentiated quality of service to customers
- Build a strong and high performance team and an effective after sales service organisation which can be a market differentiator
- Integrate entities within the Region (APAC) and implement all systems and processes in alignment with the company's standards.
- Develop strong after sales service revenue models within the Region.
- Prepare financial budgets , achieve targets in terms of volume, maximise market share and profitability, manage account receivables , Inventory, and other Group related performance indicators
- Explore opportunities to setup a regional spare parts warehouse to increase OTC levels and increase machine uptime and availability
- Implement the company's Dealer Standards
- Device measurements of customer satisfaction levels during various stages of the customers experience of products and services
- Adhere to local laws and regulations, implementation of group policies
- Collaborate with key managers of the company within the framework of the Global Organisation
- Foster a great spirit of team work within the organisation

Requirements

- 15-20 years of after sales service management experience in Cranes , Construction Machinery , Truck or related Industries
- Experience in leading large and diverse teams

Must-haves:
- Experience of working in multinational organisations with centralised service processes and systems.
- Experience of handling dealerships (independent / company owned).
- Experience handling P&L responsibility (full or partial) of a division or an entity.
- Experience of launching new services and in developing customer-centric solution packages.
