Job Description

The main focus of this role is to be the country operations (aftersales) lead for assigned customers. You will ensure SLAs are fulfilled and customer SOP adhered to. Maintains communication with internal/external/third parties to meet customer expectations. Identifies with customer needs, collaborates with appropriate stakeholders (Sales, Ops, CS). Leads customer operational meetings/ business reviews and develops sustainable relationships with key customers, engages with responsible functions to design process improvements as needed. You will be the main point of escalation and drive service recovery if required. Provides performance reporting including business review decks. Provides proactive problem resolution and corrective actions to ensure excellence in service

Requirements

• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ of relevant functional experience in Program Management ideally in a freight forwarding/3PL environment.
• Good product knowledge in global forwarding industry (Ocean/Air).
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and large teams.
• Strong analytical, data analysis and problem solving skills.
• Degree holder in any field.
