Job Description

We are currently looking for a Assistant Product Manager/Product Manager to:

•Responsible for the creation and execution of marketing and brand strategies and plans that drive achievement of the company’s business objectives, as part of an overall regional marketing strategy.
•Support domestic and export sales department to help them achieve sales and profit objectives.
•Develop marketing plan for specific products and markets, in relation to company business objectives, and sales and profit targets.
•Initiate regional new product development plans and renewal of existing products by working closely with global/regional R&D team.
•Plan and conduct relevant market research; integrate into new product development or other marketing activities.
•Collect and analyze industry, market and competitive data to improve product features for new and/or existing services to ensure market competitiveness and product relevance.
•Analyze marketing data to evaluate product performance and provide recommendation to increase sales and market shares.
•Review and manage products’ life cycle.
•Plan and execute marketing and promotional calendar, including management of A&P budget for such activities.
•Work with sales to ensure good upkeep of stores and displays.
•Ensure maximum exposure and effectiveness of advertising and promotional campaign.
•Develop product literature such as brochures, sales kits, internet website, user guides and promotion mailers to facilitate sales and customer education.
•Develop and maintain a library of creative marketing materials to support domestic and export sales.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

•At least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
•Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in brand/product management, preferably from Skincare or Detergent /FMCG industry
•Able to work independently as well as in a team.
•Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
•Passion for brand building.
