Senior Civil Structural Engineer (Registered PE in Singapore)

Our client is an MNC multidiscipline consulting company that serves the building and infrastructure sectors.

• Work closely with the Project Design Director to prepare technical submissions for the approval of BCA.
• Design of minor temporary works, as assigned by the Project Design Director.
• Coordinate with the Client, Sub-consultant and the Design Team to:
o Attend meetings with the Client.
o Support in liaison with QP(D) and QP(S).
o Support in liaison with various governmental authorities.
o Support in liaison with the Public Utilities Board & Superintending Officer.
o Support in various coordinating tasks and risk managements.
o Supervise scheduling tasks along with administrative duties.
o Report writing and handling project queries.
o Ensure that Client’s needs are met as the project evolves.
o Support in other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Engineering degree in the civil structural engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in structural design of reinforced concrete and steel structures (Knowledge of EC2 and EC3 are essential).
• Registered Professional Engineer from Professional Engineers Board (in Singapore).
• Professional and confident approach to working relationships.
• Team orientated with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and peers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently when required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, supervisory and client management skills.
• Solid organisation skills including multitasking and time-management.
• Demonstrated good presentation and reporting skills.
• Use of SAP 2000 software.

-Position will be based in the project site office (North-West)
-5 days' work week
-Permanent position
