The company operates through four segments: Personal Services, Value Services, Business Services, and Global Services.
We are currently looking for a Inside Sales Executive/ Telecom Industry to:
• Assist & pursue sales leads to turn into new sales revenue.
• Follow up on inbound enquires and convert into sales.
• Assist to manage all stages of sales cycle including generate quote, liaising with technical staff to answer customer enquiry, follow up opportunity and project implementation.
• Follow through with all post-sales processes, including submitting paper work for order, co-ordinating to ensure end to end service rendered to customer.
• Support other post-sales including billing, collection etc when necessary.
• Assist to manage sales pipeline and forecasting.
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• At least 2 years of sales account manager or executive background in telecom / SI environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Able to communicate well in both spoken and written.
• Possess good attitude towards learning and improving.
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Diploma in Business studies/Administration/Management, sales & Marketing or Equivalent.
