Job Description

We are currently looking for Administrator at their Singapore office who would be responsible for:
• Manage the daily administrative tasks of the department.
• To provide administrative support for the visitors from the headquarters.
• Make business trip arrangements for the senior management staff.
• Other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

• Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent with min 2 years of admin experience
• A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience office moving/relocation/renovation is an advantage since this company is planning to move in October.
