Job description

We are currently looking for a HR Assistant General Manager/ Senior Manager to:

1. Review and to standardize company policies, benefits and procedures to achieve fairness and to ensure the policies are effective, relevant and in line with industry practices & compliance with government regulatory laws (MOM/CPF/IRAS).
2. Lead, develop and motivate team of Human Resource, Administration to ensure compliance, drive standardization and initiatives to support internal stakeholder and overall business plan.
3. Develop Compensation and Benefit Plan, Recruitment Plan, Performance Management plan, Training Plan and execute those to motivate staff and improve staff retention.
4. Provide support to the top management with respect to strategic decision-making and advice on important organizational issues to improve the performance of the organisation with effective implementation of Performance Management System.
5. Drive and execute the annual performance review process, including annual salary review and manpower planning.
6. Preparation for budget review and monthly forecast process including reporting on monthly salary HR and admin expenses.
7. Provide counsel to employees and managers on difficult employment related situation and policy violations.
8. Handle employee grievances, discipline and counselling sessions to promote a fair and transparent work environment.
9. Provide advice pertaining to HR issues as well as support to various key initiatives to achieve operational objectives.
10. Understanding existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
11. Manage team performance indicators and undertake projects to meet organizational goals.
12. To ensure that the organisation’s approach to data protection and data security complies with good practices, policies and procedures are effectively implemented.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience as management level in Human Resource
2. Generalist of Human Resource
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively influence all levels of people in the organization.
4. Ability to think critically and multitask with sense of future prediction.
