Accounting Executive

Our client is a Japanese Plastic processing manufacturing company and they are looking for a “Accounting Executive” for their Singapore Office.

Must have work:
• Month-end accounts closing
• Preparing profit and loss statement and balance sheet
• Assist in year-end closing and budgeting
• Assist in quarterly consolidation package.
• Daily system operation in general ledger,
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing

Futurework:

• Fixed assets maintenance
• To conduct inventory stock take and cost reconciliation
• Fixed cost transfer to production cost
• Fixed cost analysis
• Cost calculation
• Raw material cost and pricing analysis

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

 Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
 Must to have experience in manufacturing industry.
 Having experience in consolidations and monthly closings is a must.
 Having experience in Chemical industry is an advantage.
 Bachelor degree/diploma in accounting or financial administration.
 Meticulous and hard working with team work skills is a great match.
 Having experience working in Japanese firm is much advantage to liaise and understand the Japanese expats and culture.
 Experience in SAP system is a must.
