Our client is a Japanese firm dealing into developing, manufacturing and selling IT smart cards, rewriteable e-paper display on Smart Card, paper label etc.
They are looking for a Sales Engineer for their Singapore office to handle Malaysia market.
Responsible for the assigned sales/marketing target and objectives for Singapore and Malaysia region.
Responsible to handle and work with distributors, to attain sales/marketing target and objectives from Malaysia and Singapore.
Implementing and executing plans to ensure marketing activities are carried out efficiently, by himself /herself and distributors.
Monitor the marketing activities by distributors are carried out effectively, and reported regularly.
Coordinate and provide direction for meetings and private shows at the customers’ location.
Provide regular updates on industrial/market/customer situation.
Provide regular updates on competitors’ situation.
Visit customers and distributors on a regular basis.
At least 3-5 years’ related experience with Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical/mechanical Engineering in related industry.
Having regional sales experience of Malaysia
Able to speak Malay Language so as to liaise with the clients.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
Travel frequent to Malaysia and within Singapore region.
