Job Description
• Involve in budget work preparation, price maintenance, consolidation and submission of budget figures.
• Monitor sales estimation, budgetary control, profitability by subsidiaries and by product.
• Responsible for actual reporting in daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Analysis for Budget/Actual difference and proposal of counter measure.
• Communicate with subsidiaries on budget related issues.
• In charge of quarterly disposal report (write-off and write-down) with subsidiaries and report to HQ.
Requirements
• Holder of degree with strong grounding in Data, Business Management, or Mathematics.
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and proficient with MS PowerPoint.
• Highly organized with the ability to plan, co-ordinate & manage multiple priorities • Keen eyes for details and timely in meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, meticulous and a fast-learner with positive working attitude.
• Having knowledge of SAP functionalities will be an advantage.
