Our client is Japanese leading insurance company is Singapore.
We are currently looking for an Accounting to:
Responsible for providing an excellent level of accounts payables support across the whole of business in the back-office functions covering Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Indonesia & Australia.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Employees’ claims management
*Verify & record all submitted claims by local & overseas employees
*Notify the employee on the outcome of the submitted claim
*Liaise with Global Headquarters in Japan
2. Vendors’ management
*Verify & record all local & overseas vendors’ invoices
3. Corporate card expenses
*Manage all corporate cards issued to local & overseas employees
*Verify the expenses as charged
*Ensure the timely submission of all charged expenses by employees
4. Banking transactions
*Upload or create remittance details directly into the banking system
*Perform monthly bank reconciliation
5. Accounting Data Entry
*To enter all staff claims, vendors invoices & payments into the accounting system
6. Ad Hoc tasks
*To assist the Accounting & Admin team in ad hoc tasks as and when required
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
*Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
*At least 3 years in Accounts Payables role
Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training, physical or mental abilities required)
*Knowledge of Sage 300(Not must)
*Working knowledge of Japanese language preferred for internal communication.
