Job Description

We are currently looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant/ Executive to:

1. Sales Order & Document Processing
a. Perform order processing for Local Sales Team, B2B Team, E-commerce platforms (Lazada & Q10) and staff purchase.
b. Preparation of Loan Goods Form for Road Show Events.
c. Issuance of Goods Return/ Exchange for faulty sets.

2. E-Commerce Platform Management
a. Updating of products inventory on E-commerce platforms.
b. Handling of product enquiries from customers.

3. Sales Personnel Matters
a. Organization of monthly sales meeting.
b. Update of sales performance for sales personnel’s target incentive.
c. Updating of promoters’ attendance for submission to HR department.
d. Liaison with promoters on Home Delivery Order, stocks availability, Goods Return approval, etc.

4. Others
a. Liaison with Sales and Logistics department on sales promotions, uploading of new products information, delivery schedule, barcode information, and etc.
b. Preparation of letter for sales promotions and launch of new products.
c. Dissemination of Stock Positions to relevant parties.
d. Download of Stocks Advice Reports for Service Team.
e. Update and generation of sales reports for sales and management.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

• Candidates must possess at least a ‘N’/ ‘O’/ ‘A’ Level, ITE or Diploma holders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Independent and able to multi-task.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Prior experience in sales administrative support duties is preferred.
• Able to work late during month end.
